The diet does not go well. It doesnt help that I dont get out of the office much lately. I think I have actually been gaining weight. Does anyone know of any cheap health clubs that are open late? I think thats my only hope. Either that or I can go on that milkshake diet from mcdonalds. I guess it works pretty good!

I feel because i am inside so much that no amount of dieting is going to help me out anyways, I have to exercise my body is just too damn efficient!!! I need to start burning this crap off! :mad2: Dave we should have a diet thread and report regularly

Well according to my resources, the McChickens have 415 calories,20g fat, and 39g carbs each! I did'nt find the double cheeseburger, but a single cheeseburger has 305 calories,13g fat, and 30g carbs. Do the math!

I'm a really nice gal video master honest:angel: Mustang Matt if you want a reality check watch Super Size Me. Check with your health insurance I think some are paying for health club memberships. Don't quote me on that. I also think that some Lifetime Fitnesses are open 24 hours. If you are good at negotiating you could score 1/2 price or really cheap initiation fees. Maybe after Thanksgiving they will be having some specials to get the butterballs off the couch and into the gym.

You know I hear that laughter burns lots of calories too. I also hear that stress makes you pack on the pounds. So Matt, here's my advice ... quit worrying about your weight and have a little fun!:chacha: :dancing: :pickle: :skip:

I hit the ceiling with the bowling ball, trying to see how far down the lane i could keep it in the air. Unfortunately I was asked to leave after that,(no surprise!). They were almost going to make me pay for the dent in the floor.

Shoot.... then I should weigh 500lbs. with the stress in my life. It is all how you deal with it. Unfortunetly most people today do not know how to handle it.... thus why prozac and other anti-depressants are being popped like candy.
