thanks for the support today Shawn. all in all i had an alright day today. discovered i probably want a little taller gear ratio for at the track though. with the current 3.25 gears and 28" slicks it bogs of the launch even leaving on the 2 step, and it puts the final shift into 4th just a little before the finsih line. taller gears should help keep it in the power a little better out of the hole and hel drop the 60 fts for 1.7-1.8 down to 1.5-1.6 and make a longer pull in 4th coming to the line. that said I ran a best today of 10.93 at 131 MPH. so it is officially a 10 second car. would like to get it down under 10.5 here soon. which i think is pretty good for a full weight car. best trap speed was just a hair over 132mph.

yeah one of them was jason with the red cobra convertible. He ran a bunch of 13.1's and then at the end of the day managed some 12.7-12.8 runs too. there was also a corvette convertible in the mid 12;s as well.

Holy crap, 6.75 a gallon at Mc Stop now. A month ago it was 6 bucks even, it would be cheaper just to get it at the track!
