This is a place for the girls to chat about general topics other than cars. If someone wants to know what color to paint a room, or where to go for wedding supplies, we want to be able to discuss it here.

Guys, you're welcome to chat, but keep it on topic.

Dirty,
What an awesome idea! I'm glad you started this. After all, "chicks with *#*'s" also need a place to go to! I love my new pony shirt!

Wow, talk about fun! Great idea! I'm sure the guys will have a lot of fun contributing, too. ;)

We thought that the ladies of SVTOA needed to have their own place to chit chat about the goings-ons of our interests too! We hope that you all enjoy it!:dan2:

This is cool. Now we can talk without the boys getting in our way.

Well, they might still get in our way...

They're allowed in here too. We'll just see what happens.

It would only be fair if we got a "men's only" section then wouldn't it?

Ya know, so we can talk about topics other than cars...

As you can see, this is not for women only. Everyone is allowed to post in here.

Remember, this is a family car club and this part of the forum is a place to discuss things that occur outside of the garage.

I'm glad. Do you need any tips on the color of your living room, or how to make a scrapbook?

BTW, I noticed your note in your avatar. :haha:

Nope, my sister is a certified demonstrator for "Stampin Up", so I'm good on that front. (something her husband isn't too thrilled about hahaha)

Wow, this forum section is very cool!

I'm new to this forum. Hopefully shortly I'll get my very own Cobra (to replace the GT). I'm thinking either an '03 or one of the new Shelby's. :rockit:

Hey there, welcome to the Powder Puff! Did we meet you at the meeting on Saturday? There were a lot of new faces and I remember talking to a gal with a GT! GT's are welcome but an '03 Cobra is awesome! :)

Thank you for the welcome. I was not at any meeting Saturday, but was at the barbeque on Sunday. I was too timid to introduce myself to any persons, however. I only knew my cousin Matt, and Dan was kind enough to introduce himself and Michelle. Other than that, I was drooling over the cars. I took pictures: BBQ pics (http://www.sue866.com/TCSTANGS_BBQ) .

I love X-files Sue!! Nice avatar!

Yay! I signed up. Thanks for the invite! And X-Files is my second obsession after a tie of cars and horses. :)

Sue, I'm glad to see you made it over here. This club is wonderful and can really keep a person busy! There's a lot to do from cruises to BBQs to shows to racing.
I think you'll find our club much more female friendly as well.

Michelle

Maybe you should go dig up a good one or two, for ol' times' sake?

I know digging up old threads sucks (and it's something newbies do), but hey, this looked like it was a happening thread/forum at one point, so I'm bringing it back for the girls.

I'm no forum newbie, but I suppose I certainly look like one bring a thread back from the dead.

Not just newbies, trust me!

Don't sweat it. We only pick on No1Ford for that sort of thing.
