is that the correct part number or name of the plugs? I have seen it also called the br7 and br7ef without the "s"

You decided changing the plugs is so much fun that you want to do it again?

Bah spark plugs in Ls are easy. 30min or bust. 45min with a few beers.

BR7EFS is the spark plug of choice for them. Factory gap is .032 on the BR7EFS which is fine. You may notice a slighly rougher idle. Some do, some dont.

So is it BR7EFS or BR7EF? what is the difference? people on the other boards are calling them two different things.

Ok, you have to run the BR7EFS... The BR7EF is a .750 reach plug, and the EFS is a .708 reach plug, which is what the modular motors use.

Here is the info i could find on them.
BR7EF
Part/stock # 3346
http://www.ngk.com/results_cross.asp?pid=Br7EF&x=0&y=0
-------
and then there are these:
BR7EFS
Part/stock # 1094
http://www.ngk.com/results_cross.asp?pid=Br7EFs&x=59&y=17

That site said the reach is .708 on both of the plugs (what ever that means) but the "s" is a standard tip and the other is a v tip.
