We are looking at having an On-Track event at the new Autobahn Country Club (http://www.autobahncountryclub.net/) in May of 2005 in an attempt to increase the participation from the SVTOA members in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This track is located in Joliet, IL about 4.5 hrs from the cities.

What I'm wondering is how many of you would be interested in participating in this driving event? It is means for all experience levels and looks to be a great safe track.

Of course you can. It's always nice to show people how a supposedly superior car can be caught up to and overtaken by a lowly SVT product :shiftin:

Hi Mark!

Welcome back to MN!! And yes, I will definitely plan on it! I've been telling everyone I know how much fun I had at Gingerman Raceway and what a great instructor you are and an awesome driver! I think Dan and Brian are sick of the silly grin I still have on my face when I talk about it!

Pam

p.s. I'll be sure to watch the corner workers. :)

corner workers are at the road events. When you turn a corner, there are workers holding up flags. Mostly they hold up a flag that says "Pass the mystichrome!"

I still want an autograph Mark! Like I said, I remembered what you told me you like the corner workers to do at events you sponsor. I'll be sure to pay attention.

Yepper, looks like fun to me! Besides, somebody has to give Brian a ride and watch him get nervous!
