I bet the dealer did that. If I bought one of those and that stupid bracket was on there, that bumper would be filled and repainted before I took delivery. Way to ruin an otherwise very sweet car :drink:

It has to be cali out by disney whatever. Saw it when i was there many years ago, some real famous guy paints those things all over the world. He painted a huge wall mural at the dearborn truck plant last year.
