Anyone up for getting a dyno done soon? I know we were supposed to do it Saturday but the weather won that contest.

I'm still up for it. Anyone else?

Well, John is out of town next weekend, I'm moving the weekend of the 20th, Jason can only do it on a saturday. We could do it on a weeknight but then it gets hard to fit 5+ vehicles in after 6pm...

Hmm.. perhaps I'll contact Mize then. I was hoping to see something this coming weekend since I have go fast mods on the way......

Moving the 20th? Are you still coming to the meeting?

Yeah moving that whole weekend. Not likely gonna make the meeting.

I can have the dyno either the 2oth or the 27th. The problem with the 20th is thats the same day as the Monthly meeting. So if we didnt do it a weekday the 27th was best for all parties concerned. I believe we also get a better rate because I assist Mize in all the work envolved.

You couldn't schedule it around us?!

The 20th before the meeting? :) I could do that....Anyone else?

Otherwise weekday is good too. I have mods waiting, so I'd like a baseline ASAP... then mods time!

It was originally the 27th, but changed last week per some added "incentives" I'm getting for going a week early.

Dan, that works for us as well. You have to realize depending on how many cars we have the meeting might have to be moved to the dyno or put back a little while. Each Vehicle takes around 1 hour, that includes time to unstrap and restrap on the dyno, then you have the time it takes to pay up with Mize. So far I have Jeff,Myself,Doug,Brian,Jason and a buddy of mine that means a min of 6 hours and RJR doesnt open until 10am. It looks like there was you,kafn8d and blackcoog, that means that we will be leaving RJR no sooner than 5PM and that time is really with us organized and busting our asses. Unless you move the meeting around I dont see the 20th being feasible, and then Doug might not be able to make it. You could always try and get ahold of Mize and see if it can be done this weekend but I dont know if your going to get the same rate and you will be missing 6 vehicles from the dynoday.

Alright, perhaps I should contact Mize independently then, cuz I'm itching to get this done so I can start modding. I can't squeeze in that day then because the meeting for me starts at 2:30.

Is spring here yet?!

I had a great time dyno'ing for the first time. The car made 3 pulls, each successively better, but I was still hoping for more. Info found HERE (http://svtoatc.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=55)

Thanks to Mize at RJR for all the help.

Rory, I'd love to go again, but I cannot go that soon. Perhaps the 27th, but I might be busy that weekend too. I have to get some more stuff done before I can dyno any progress. ;)
