Had a guy buy the office this a.m. to provide us with a quote for some maintenance work at the warehouse. Anyway the company he works for sponsors a Chevy in some kind of racing (can't remember the league). So I told him That's my Cobra out front and there is no way I can purchase from a company that sponsors a Chevy (joking of course). He says yea I know what you mean, I'm a Dodge guy.
So we start talking cars and he says he has a truck with a Hemi. I had to listen to the normal blah blah blah about the "Hemi" and how he spanks Stangs all the time.
So I said, Really? let's race and if you win, I'll sign your contract and pay full price (the bid was way high). If I win, You cut the bid in half and I'll sign.
The dude backpedaled faster then His "hemi" could go forward. Changed the subject and suddenly remembered he had another appointment he had to be at:kicknuts: Where's the smiley with the big L on the forehead when you need it.

That is exactally my point, people are so misguided that no matter what they drive it will take a cobra, vette etc. I had a guy in a hy----- tell me his car runs mid 14's stock there is no way in hell that car could run mid 20's, with 2 spare tires and the muffler dragin but this fool was dead serious. Let me cast a little light on a subject that i know all 2 well. Jealousy it has 2 be the reason so many people do the things they do and say the things they say. People have tio realize that money don't grow on no trees, vines, or bushes, anything.... get your asses up and get a job and buy something you could be proud of and can then talk your crap all over town when you have something to back it up with. But not until then....... REMEMBER foolish people do foolish things that is all
