hey guys I was curious as to what you guys are using on your setups. who makes an affordable kit that gets the job done. I want to get these on around the same time as i do my pulleys to help with the wheel hop issue.
thanks guys

i don't have any, and am in the same situation. I was looking at either going MM bushings or ones i've seen at rpmoutlet.com that are aluminum. Still weighing the pros and cons though, so bump for more insight/suggestions.

unfortunately there is no cheap way to go on these. There is a guy on SVTPerformance that has a kit for $550. Or you can get the maximum motorsports kit for $1100.

I rode in a Cobra with the aluminum bushings. It was loud and clunky IMHO. I'd do a stick axle before I put them in, and I'd never do a straight axle. My H&R springs helped alot. Next were sticky tires which pretty much eliminated any wheel hop I had. I had to run my 315 Nittos at 28 lbs on the street, but it worked well. Now I have BFG Drag radial II's and run them at 40. No issues.

Which bushing are you talking about? IRS subframe? Control arm?
Ive got one off delrin UCA/LCA bushings and the bind, crappy ride(got them before maximum made theirs) and someday I will replace the LCA's with MM's.
MM's really are the best way to go for control arm bushings and their diff bushing kit is also sweet, id avoid poly here cause over time the heat from the diff can distort them. The old kit I used I actually had to replace the bushing in the stock diff bushing holder, what a treat that was. For the subframe bushings I would stick with poly and they arent too expensive.

Dont throw away your money on bushings. Get a set of QA1's , airbags, and a pair of your favorite drag radials!
