Just a heads up I'm setting up a Contour meet on Aug 27 @ 12pm. We will meet up at Mall of America's east side parking lot on the roof level. The plan is to hang out and BS till everyone shows up and then go grab a bite to eat for lunch. See you there!

So just a recap:

When: Aug 27th @ 12pm
Where: Mall of America, East side parking lot on the roof level.
Why: Just to see who all has Contour SVT's in the area.

I might be able to go. I just finished a 2000 Silver SVT that I'll be driving for the winter. It's still running the stock engine because it was still kicking but I had to drop a torsen in it to replace the blown differential.

You could bring the old coog if you want. I kinda want to see that supercharger in their if it's still installed.

For some reason I just thought the meet was on Saturday until I noticed that todays date didn't match. Would have been a rather one sided meeting if I had shown up today :)

Glad you noticed!! I suppose I should have put a day with the date and time... sorry.

If I'm in town I'll try and make them both. I never see any CSVT's on the road so it'll be nice to see who's driving what around the Cities and find out where everyone lives. :)

I'll be there on Tuesday, but not tomorrow (or actually in about 12 hours) lol i have stuff going on.

Thanks for coming out guys. It was nice to check out all the Contour's in MN. I'm surprised at the turnout. I know of quite a few that didn't make it. We must have one of the larger groups here in MN. I took some pictures but my camera seems to blur everything so this is the best I have. I'll get more from the other guys that were taking them.

7 CSVT's was not to shabby. Looks like we'll have more at the next meet. If we actually get the cars outdoors in natural light I'm sure we'll get some better photo's.

A big thanks to Brandie for keeping my daughter company while I went and bought lunch :)

Yes we certainly had a good turn out. I wish I would have taken some pictures. Oh well theres always next time. Maybe I'll have my extra gauges hooked up by then and have the skid plate put on my splitter.

Nope you are correct it is the 2nd, at 5PM maybe he had the time and date backwards.

BTW i see you have joined the CEG Forum. Welcome :) there is a lot of info available for you and your swap over there.

Looking forward to meeting folks on the 2nd i'm another one of the silver ones i may be the only one with FSVT wheels, Borla Exhaust, and Tinted windows. But i'm not postive.

The pulley I need for the Cougar is suppose to be done tomorrow. That doesn't mean it's going to work though. I'll get it on there as soon as I can and see how it goes.
