Im going to be taking out a home equity loan in the near future here & plan on putting a small portion of it towards the cobra. Problem is, I dont know where to start with this car. I have cat back, intake, short throw but where to go next? Im not sure if I wanna mess with supercharger at all. How is it dealing with warranty issues with you guys who have modified your superchargers? Any problems with ford? Im thinkin some kind of x/h pipe or possibly headers & a new JLT intake system for sure. Probly pick up a tuner too but what else is there to do? Im talkin like somewhat basic bolt ons. No like rippin apart the engine for months & having to get it tuned every other day just easy stuff.

CAI, Midpipe, Exhaust, Pulley, then port. You will need a tuner of some type if you go to a smaller pulley and beyond.
Rumor has it Ford is tightening up on the warranty issues.

I still got that lowering setup. I will give you a good deal since you are one of the only ones who can use it

Warranty? Whats that :)
I wouldnt spend the money on headers if your not gonna push more boost.
What are you goals? Aftermarket wheels always help your ride stand out. Springs, CC plates, subframe connectors will all help your ride handle better if your into that kinda stuff.

I agree on the headers...unless your motor is already out :)
You already have FR500's right? Get the springs from Brian, they would really offset those FR500's.

Port blower, Maf extender, t-body, boost a pump, headers, mid pipe, suspension.

yea, id like to get either brians, or pams springs but I just dont have the loot to spend on parts right now. Ill have the money in about a month so I dont want to have either of them sit on their springs for me if they can sell them sooner. Suspension is definetly one of the key areas I plan on spending alot of attention. Im thinkin an x-pipe, suspension & a tuner & some thin SS pieces to clean up the interior alil bit but that might be all. I dont want to do the pulley ormess with the supercharger because I dont want ford to screw me on any future warranty issues. I guess id like to push like 475HP when its all said & done.

Get a prochamber instead of the X or H pipe.

without doing at least a small pulley you will not hit 475 to the rear wheels. I barely squeaked out 465 with JLT CAI, 2.76 Upper Pulley. Prochamber, Magnaflow Catback, Custom Tune.

Sounds to me like you should leave it stock if your worried about your warranty. But if your looking for bolt ons, I'd say full exhaust, CAI, and chassis. Then when your warranty expires you'll be ready for the pulley and port and fuel and clutch and tranny and tire upgrades.Oh ya dont forget the cooling mods. Did I mention you should leave it stock. :)

I would check on it but I dont think pams springs will work because convertables have different spring rates for the rear because of the extra 300lbs from the convertable. Thats why I didnt go with hers.

Uh oh, sounds like someone doesn't have any Cats. I chickened out at the last minute and bought the Bassani X pipe with hi-flows instead of going catless. I was afraid of neighbor complaints.
