How much per pull? I just wrote Mize, looking for a baseline on my '04. Might even take the air silencer off! :o

What dyno? I'd like to get the new results for the Cougar now that it isn't overheating. What kind of dyno is it? Dynojet?

WELL

this would be one hell of a way to get you all to help me put them mods on my car wouldnt it?, speaking of which, I GOT IT BACK TODAY AT NOON.

anyways why would i need 3 pulls if there nothing to play with on my car?, and i hear FWD is a pain in the arse to dyno. I think i may just wait till next time, unless i get some good answers to these questions?

I might be interested in this dyno day but shouldn't I have more miles on the car first (I have like 135)? I have heard that the blower doesn't spin full speed for a few miles but I should be past this....

Any news on weather for the day?

I wrote Mize a PM the other day and he said $75 for 3 pulls. Is this a group rate for $65? Every $10 counts. :)

Why would dynoing a front wheel car be any harder than a rear wheel car? I've seen Elite Autosports downtown do both. Just turn the car around and back it up for rear wheel drive and for the front wheel drive just drive straight on. The only thing that would make it harder is if the dyno place had a wierd setup that only let them do rear wheel drive.

So Retics4me is FWD a problem on that dyno?

Ok here is the deal.

Dan N- Your car might pick up a few Horsepower after you put some more miles on it but breakin is kinda a thing of the past. The cool thing about all this would be you get a Virgin(Can I say that ?) baseline number and you will see where your A/F ratio is(10:1 if I had to guess) Perhaps you could convince Dan C to dyno and a few wagers could be placed to see who produces more HP. I would say that loser has to shave their head, but Dan C has that covered already:scram:

Twitch & Blackcoog- Alot of places DO NOT like to dyno FWD cars, the reason is that they are more dangerous and if you turn the steering wheel the vehicle will move, on a RWD car you can turn the wheel and nothing will happen. IN THIS CASE RJR WILL DYNO A FWD CAR :shiftin:

Thanks and again I will need to give Mize a number of cars tomorrow, please post at the link Jason provided above or email me at SN952KILL4@Comcast.net

Dan can you add the Baby Tadpole smileys chasing momma Tadpole ? :D

I'm in on this for Saturday. Want a baseline dyno. Not shaving my head.

Weather permitting of course. Wouldn't want some rain or snow to wash off the layer of salt.

Would love to do the 01 while it's still stock (and low miles!) Where is it going to be? If the weather is friendly I'll be there...

Rick - Good idea! RJR Motorsports is in White Bear Lake. Perhaps someone can give good directions?

COULD put on pullies on the '01 too while we're there. :)
