I posted this on the "tick" thread but it got buried deep in the forums. www.blueovalnews.com are the ones who had the nads to challenge Ford the last time there was a major Cobra issue with the motors not making advertised claimed horsepower. They started a notification campaign that eventually got all the major car magazines to do stories on the "low power 99's". Now they have a section on their website that tells the whole story AND they have a section called, "Ford's secret warranty issues"which details the current 03-04 Cobra motor tick problem. If Class Action is what you seek, maybe you should try contacting them to find out how they managed to bring Ford to the table and force them to stop production and fix the broken Cobras.
