One of the speakers has very minor cosmetic damage as seen in photo #3. Also on the same speaker one of the dustcaps on one of the 10" subs is dented in, but has not affected the sound comming from the speaker. These things still pound out the bass and will shake the whole house.

now now Rick. Actually these are too big for my house and I finally got smaller front speakers. With the sale of these I will get a small powered sub to go with the system and that will be good enough until we ever decide to get a bigger house.

Yet something else I'd like to buy from you Dave... the height of 'em are perfect too, since that's about how tall my entertainment center is. Why is it this stuff comes up when I'm down and out?

Hahaha... I tell ya' what... I've damn near got the 2nd of 2 large credit card debts kicked off... and they won't be used for nothin' after that lifting day, unless I have the money to pay it off right away (which I do, but that's beside the point right now).
I don't have alot of stuff cuz I don't live a credit card life anymore.

Tim, did you get laid off this winter or just down to 32's or worse yet, 24's?

Mikey - I've been off (again) for 3 weeks now. Just collected my 1st unenjoyment check today. It's not bad dough for sittin' on my azz... but I'd sooner be workin' collecting the real money. I would have been happy w/32's... but basicly the shop owner can't handle commercial journeyman wages... and the 'commercial' work is getting far and few in-between. He's gettin' more and more stick crap, so he laid off most of the commercial guys (guess there's only about 7 left), and hiring pre-apprentices and whatnot. Personally, I think the shop's been a slow sinker for the last couple years or so.

Tim - what do you do? We need Welders, fab guys and prep paint guys. Might have to start through a temp agency, but that can be arranged. Currently working 9's with no end in sight. We chased off 3 temps last week, cause they didn't want to work that hard so be warned!

Rick - I'm a union commercial Sheet Metal Worker... so I'm used to both hard work, and I weld in my field from time to time... generally wire-feed. The temp agency would be the snag, and I'll pm you why.

Have you thought about ripping the spekers apart, and tossing them into the Mustang ? Have a few amps in the truck to give them plenty of juice and mega mix - power jam from there ?

I say you don't need to rip 'em apart, you just fold down the back and lay both of 'em in there side by side, bingo, new pimp'n system ;)
