July Meeting discussion

I need to know what ideas we have for July meeting.

The 3rd Saturday is right in the middle of Car Craft weekend, which I'd like to get a big turnout for at the show.

Do you all think we should hold a meeting AT Car Craft or a meeting some other weekend or what are the thoughts?

In case you aren't aware, Car Craft Summer Nationals brings in lots of performance vehicles that are very diverse. There are a lot of SVT products rolling around the fairgrounds and would be an excellent opportunity to make a club showing with our tent/banner/stickers/etc.

Does the Car Craft get really busy? It may be too confusing to hold a meeting during this event?? But on the other hand that may be good, get people down there too!

I have to agree with Pam on this but will do whatever the majority wants.

The problem with Car Craft is its a all day commitment, this can be a problem if its 95 degrees outside. Car Craft isnt going to let us reserve spots for the club, we would all have to show up park and be there all day. If we dont attend the show, there really isnt a safe (door ding free place) to park. Thats my 2 cents and as I said, I will do what majority rules on.

dan can't have a meeting at cc never gonna work, to many distractions. but would consider going if the club wants that.

Meeting on the 17th then cruising afterwards sound good to everyone?

I'll be at the Car Craft show regardless but will ditch out early to cruise, then maybe we should cruise back to University to watch the parade of hot rods? If you're into that sort of thing..
