OK here is what I have planned for those 2 days. Of course I come to work on Saturday morning and do the sales thing into the afternoon. Spend some meeting time around 5pm. Then start gathering people to move cars at 6pm. Moving cars will take 30 minutes TOPS with a bunch of people. When that is done the course will be set for the autocross. We will get everyone through the course for practice and then run the time trials for some prizes. Classes have been set for the timing. Cobra (mustang), Lightning, Contour/Focus, and Open (everything else). After that is over I would like to go down to skidway to pass out more flyers for a while. Then come back to the dealership to start washing Mustangs and other SVT stuff. Place those cars around the entrance and on the hill. Anyone can be here helping me and/or getting their own car ready for the show inside the building as long as they don't wander around and get me into hot water. I will then do some misc stuff making sure everything is set to go. I usually get some food early in the a.m. Around 6am I've been known to refresh some cars that we have on the lot. Passengers could be allowed. Around 7am I'll get the food and someone else will go get the propane. Ice gets delivered at 8am. It is pretty much a low key night and I like to keep it that way. But it is still a fun night. 8:30am people start showing up and I will need someone to give every car a number and enter it into a log book. Someone should be at the entrance until noon for numbers and after noon just to make sure someone doesn't come in to just park. I may need help with other things throughout the day too. Awards will be given at 2 to 2:30pm if everything goes ok. (voting is by car owners only so make sure you vote for the cars you like) After it all done I want everyone to point their car in a westerly or easterly direction and stay on course until he/she gets home. I am the only person that has ever survived the entire night and through the show. Anyone care to meet the challenge? Remember I'm 37 years young.

I'm in for an all nighter. Anyone else? Tommy, will there be opportunities for snack food and Mountain Dew or should I bring some with me?

I can help with registration or parking, whichever you would like.

Count me in for the all nighter.

Dan

I'll have some money for food and stuff but I may have to conserve in case we run out of food during the day. But yes I could shell out some eats. (within reason)

Just fair warning to all, I get pretty hyper late at night. Be prepared for that.

I'll even bring a clean pair of undies to change into! Hooray!

Not a problem, the only problem I have is that the front brakes tend to stick, I have to really light up the tires to get them to stop sticking. I have reported the problem to Ford and their responce was, " Its the aftermarket synthetic air you have in your tires " :shiftin:

People have always helped out. Usually around 3am they say something like "I'm gonna go shower and change" I don't see them until show time. (they fall asleep) I have been the one that stays up all night.

Meeting is at 4pm.

Showing up for the show early, I'd say 8 or 8:30 so we can all park in a line and get everything put together.

We can coordinate this with other members at the meeting too!

heard from Carol today, Steve woke up this morning, and he is feeling a little bit of pain, (something about a jackhammer head ricocheting, and hit his head, and some other debris cutting and tearing him.

now the only thing to decide is to go see him now, or later when he is feeling a little better.

I will also be running the table for SVTOATC. Count on me to be around our club the whole day on Sunday!
