Spark plug help

I need to change my spark plugs on a 1999 2.5L Mercury Cougar. Can anybody help me out? I'd be willing to throw a few bucks your way too. Thanks.

Yeah, I am not much of an engine guy - I am much more knowledgeable about car audio. But, I am definately in the mindset to learn about engines.
