Fill us in. How are the wedding plans going?

Yeah, your big day is getting closer!

Well, unfortuneately, Brandie's work blocks her from our site, and when she's home, typically the only time she has to get on the board, someone else is on the computer.
So far, things are going well though. I'm sure if she needs any help, she'll post. The best time to ask her is before or after a meeting!

Does anyone know where I can get alterations done? I need to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed. I"m hoping it won't cost much. All it needs is hemming though.

Any suggestions? Or, does anyone in the club know how to hem a formal dress?

Things are going great. I think we... and by that I mean Brandie... have everything figured out. I'm just there to pay for it I guess. The girls finished up the invitations a few weeks ago and will be sent out soon, all the arrangements for the reception have been made, the church is all setup, the flowers are all picked out, the limo will be ready, and the DJ will be spinning.

Thanks for the update Chris. Remember we (all the girls) want pictures of this grand event! Wedding and babies make us all mushy!

Yes girls everything is going good so far. Just a few hang ups with my dress and the priest. We are still waiting for him to get back to us to set-up the ceremony. Everything is going pretty good though. I guess I don't know since I have never planned a wedding. So everything is going good, the wedding is sure keeping me busy otherwise I would be on the boards all the time talking to you all. I actually wish that I were. Although, my new tiara came in the mail today. It is gorgeous I can not wait to wear it. Michelle you helped me make an excellant choice. And yes Chris is the money man in the whole thing. Hehehehe, but I love him even with out the money.

Hey! This is Kris, Dave's wife. I do have a seamstress! A fabulous, inexpensive, local seamstress who saved my entire wedding! (Dress emergency!) And it cost me maybe $150! I mean a dress disaster and it came out amazing! Her name is Jarmella. She is located behind Northtown and her # is 763-784-8815! Hope it helps!

You can quote me on this, "Never, EVER, feel bad about building your lives together with his money. One day you will give him something worth more than money ... his children."

(For those of you who know how seriously I take being a "Mom", will you please do me the courtesy of not making a joke about this.)

I am so excited for you guys and I wish you the best of luck.
