Hello there...I'm Heidi and I just joined. A fellow member of NECO (new edge cougar owners) sent me here, as I will most likely be moving to Minneapolis this summer to attend the U of M. So Hi everyone! I have a black 2001 cougar v6 with a few parts here and there, but nothing too special.
Anyone go to the U of M? Like it? Love it? Hate it? How's Minneapolis? What are some good apartments around campus? Tell tell!! :)

so when are meetings? im not up there yet and i dont know when i'll be in the cities. hopefully soon though!

Monthly membership meeting take place the 3rd Saturdays of each month. We do have a variety of things that are offered for you to participate in. Check out the online calendar. Obviously summer is our busiest time with car shows, drag strip trips, cruises, and other things. We send out a monthly newsletter to all of our members that has a schedule of events in it.
But it is necessary that in order to participate in our events that you have a current national and local membership. National membership dues are $40 and our Local dues are $20 and they are good for one year. This club is not only for Ford SVT vehicles. We strongly encourage anyone with a Ford powered vehicle to get involved with us!

Yes I went to the U but it was almost thirty years ago, I loved it, I was in IT (small school inside a huge one) there were lots of appartments around campus back then I assume there still are.

Ha ha yea I don't mind changing my oil and stuff :) And yes, I do get a 30% discount but my managers are kind of bitchy so I can't really get it for anbody else except for Christmas gifts. I really hope I don't spend my paycheck there!! I see everything I want there and I just want to buy it all!
And as for the Louie Vuitton bag icon...there was no Porsche or horsie icon for me :) Is there some way I can load my own? We used to have avatars on NECO but they took them away :'(

Yes go in your control panel and click "edit options". Scroll down to avitar and click "change avitar". Now that you have more than zero posts you can upload custom avitars from on the web or from your computer; however, I think there is a size restrcition.
